Who is this for?

This course is suitable for people who work within the Childcare Sector, such as Nurseries, Pre-schools, Schools and anyone who generally work with children. This course will highlight the different types of abuse, and will also give you the relevant information you need to ensure that you are able to inform the correct relevant agencies, when a child may be at risk.

Level 1 Safeguarding Children Course Content:

Different forms of abuse
Recognition of signs and behaviour that indicate abuse
Understanding how and to whom you report suspicions of child abuse
The roles of other agencies, and the importance of sharing information when a child may be at risk

How Long?

Half Day - 3 Hours
