Staff who need a basic 1 day first aid course and act as their companies Emergency First Aider at Work. Normally for businesses with a low risk working environment and less than 50 people. Emergency First Aider at Work - Course Content:

Acting safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Treating an unconscious casualty (including seizure)
Choking
Wounds and bleeding
Shock
Minor injuries
Preventing cross infection, recording incidents and actions and the use of available equipment

How long?

One day - 6 Hours

Qualification:

Emergency First Aider at Work - HSE Approved

Upon completion of a practical assessment you will receive a HSE Approved Certificate valid for 3 years.
